/ nightThis RV is most comfy for 2 adults and 2 kids, due to 2 beds being bunk beds, 32" x 70". The table turns into almost a full bed, best for 1 adult and there is a very comfy queen bed with a privacy door. All amenities are here except a washer/dryer. There is a gas stove and oven, propane bbq, refrigerator/freezer, heat/AC, tv with Amazon firestick and dvd's , table, chairs & rockers & roasting sticks to relax around the campfire. Beautiful views, sunsets, wildlife and birds await you! Uniqueness are the beautiful views, quiet, serene setting, superb location near Livingston, Pray, Chico Hot Springs and Emigrant. Nice restaurants and a bakery, bar and grills, live music in summer Wildlife in the yard and lots of birds Campfire pit with firewood, reasonable amount (Burn ban in effect, August-September, 2021) Built-in CD player and 24" tv with dvd's and Amazon firestick Pretty darn good WIFi, upgraded this summer (although we encourage you to disconnect!) A toaster oven is available if you like. We will place it in the front compartment of the RV accessed to the right of the front door. The oven in the RV works fine. One must turn the oven to on or pilot and be ready to light the pilot which is the lower back side of the oven in the middle. If you have pets, please let us know when booking. There is a small fee of $10 per day and $40 for a week. NOTE: THIS RV IS A WELL-BUILT 2004 FLEETWOOD PROWLER. IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND WE RECENTLY REPLACED THE REFRIGERATOR AND MATTRESS. WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR PROPERTY. THAT BEING SAID, THE LINOLEUM ISN'T PERFECT AND THE WALL HAS BEEN BUMPED AND THE PANELING IS CRACKED A LITTLE NEAR THE FLOOR BY THE BUNK BEDS. IF YOU ARE INCLINED TO PREFER PERFECTION AND THE MODERN COLORS OF TODAY, YOU MAY WANT TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT RV. WE OFFER OUR RV AS A COMFORTABLE AND AFFORDABLE WAY TO VISIT YELLOWSTONE AND PARADISE VALLEY. There is water and electricity hooked up. A campfire pit and firewood (reasonable amount) for roasting marshmallows (roasting sticks provided) or just being mesmerized by the fire and the big sky after a satisfying day in nature. Hot showers in RV. Take short ones or turn water off while soaping up to ensure water for the next person! There are only six gallons of hot water but will reheat in about 10 minutes. There is a small cooler (ask for a larger one if needed) and bear spray for journeys in the park or on the mountain trails. We live in the home at the end of the driveway, so we are near if you need assistance. My brother, Steve, lives nearby too. His number will be in the RV. You can always stop by Shining Mountain Gallery in Pray and say hello and pick his brain about the area. your jaw will drop upon entering as we have a massive array of gift items and artwork that you won't see in other gift stores. There will be info about the area, restaurants, tips about things to do, and books about Yellowstone in the RV. There are also tips about the RV, lighting the oven, short showers, etc. in the RV. Changing light on the mountains, beautiful skies and sunsets, mule deer and eagles, hawks, osprey and other birds that we enjoy on a daily basis. Fox or coyote cubs yipping in the evening provides a special song to accompany the starlit big sky. Proximity to paved road and just the right distance from Livingston, Chico Hot Springs and 35 miles to Yellowstone will provide you the much needed solace you and your loved ones crave! This location is for people who enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and don't mind a 35-40 minute drive through country that is as beautiful as Yellowstone. No, a car, bicycle or motorcycle is necessary. Walking in the neighborhood is encouraged! No scary animals in the immediate area. Chico Hot Springs is just 5 miles away and is a popular destination for soaking, dining, and musical entertainment on the weekends in the Saloon. My husband and I also own Shining Mountain Gallery in Pray, with the fine art and crafts of over 50 artisans. There are five restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the cabin, from a bakery to a bar and grill to a saloon to fine dining. Info is in the cabin with a map showing where they are relative to the RV. FYI, THE BUNK BEDS ARE NARROW AND FIRM. THEY ARE BEST SUITED FOR YOUNG PEOPLE OR FOLKS THAT AREN'T SO LARGE, THEY MEASURE 32" X 72" AND EACH BUNK HAS ITS OWN READING LIGHT AND WINDOW. THE DINETTE TABLE makes into a 3/4 of full sized bed, best for one adult or two small children and is also firm. There is storage under the queen bed with other linens and above the dinette. Storage for your suitcases may be able to go under dinette seats. There will be a large storage bin adjacent to the bbq near the door. It is extra storage for you to use and/or the cushions for the chairs.

May 2025 4.00our stay was great. the only problem we had was communications. We are old school. Our email is at home not on our phones.

May 2025 5.00As Melissa clearly says in her listing, this is an older camper. That being said, my 42 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed the campsite with its incredible 360 degree views of one of our favorite places in Montana, Paradise Valley. Though we had no sightings of the Yellowstone TV series crew (thank god) this site has perfect access to Chico Hot Springs, the Old Saloon in Emigrant and is about a half hour away from the Yellowstone National Park entrance at Gardiner. The camper has two nice outdoor seating areas, one with Adirondack type chairs and the other has patio furniture for eating. Overall we loved meeting there, since my son lives in Missoula and I am from Billings. We'll definitely stay there again.

May 2025 5.00beautiful location. about 45 mins to Yellowstone. I have been on an extended road trip. I have stayed in a few trailers. I have to say this was the cleanest, best equipped trailer I've stayed in. only downside for me was that I'm 6'4", the shower was a bit small for me. but I got cleaned. I would say don't hesitate to stay here if you are in the area. as long as you are not looking for a Hilton.
Had a lovely stay, if you're looking for a rest and solitude this is the place. Good place to venture to Yellowstone and other places, not forgetting the old center of Livingstone itself. The RV had everything you could possible need and Vicky is a lovely host that response quickly if you have any questions or need anything.
Beautiful location. The camper was well stocked. Vicky really has thought of everything, down to Q-tips! Having a cooler to use during our stay was another thoughtful amenity! We loved our stay and hope to return next year.
I've stayed a lot of airbnbs. Don't think twice about staying here. This is one of the BEST appointed airbnbs you will stay at. There is FAR more than meets the eye and meets the description. It will be one of the better decisions you've made while traveling.
